Behind the Veil (BTV) connects women of color executive directors, founders and changemakers to celebrate the ways they transform their environment with culturally informed leadership and vision for social, racial and economic justice.
Women of color leaders deserve spaces that honor their unique embodiment of leadership, offering ways to reflect with care and respect for their lived experience and impact. BTV encourages women of color to connect to their inner knowing to reflect on leadership practices and grow as storytellers, orators and authors.
